Assurance of Care is an outcome-based business. We will focus on identifying problems, improving outcomes, and providing guidance to all family members and patients.
We will provide care plans for planning, implementation, and evaluation of health care services based on medical diagnosis, psycho-neuro condition and current social skills.
We will strive to improve the quality of life of family members based on the medical and nursing diagnosis of the patient.
Greer A. Smith, BSN, RN, GCM has been in the geriatric care management business since 2001. He has served elder law attorneys, judges, bank trust officers, individual elder clients, families of elder clients, and managed the care givers of those elders. We have represented major insurance companies in the evaluation of their clients.
Assurance of Care has represented clients from across the nation. We have excellent customer and legal references if requested.
